Marcus Rolls On Professional Financial Assistance

There are many professions that relate directly to helping people stay safe and secure. We have police officers who monitor our streets and neighborhoods, doctors who help keep our bodies and minds healthy, and finance advisors who help us better manage our money for the future. Marcus Rolls has his finances under control with the help of a trusted financial adviser, and suggests that you look into financial management assistance, too.

Perhaps one of the most common things finance advisors do is prepare people for retirement. Marcus Rolls realized early on in his career that planning for retirement was an important part of managing his finances, so he consulted a financial adviser. Along with his adviser, Marcus Rolls made the best decisions about where to invest his money, and what the risks and rewards of his investments were.
Many people choose to invest their money one way or another. It is common knowledge that stuffing your life savings under the bed is not a great idea. For people who want to put their money to work for them, they go to finance professionals, just like Marcus Roll did. So when stuffing cash in the furniture isn’t an option, what do you do?

Marcus Rolls thinks that professionals can determine the best stocks or savings options for you. Every person has different finance needs, so financial professionals look at every person’s financial plan, as well as what is optimal for them. If they have children, professionals can also help them invest early so there will be some assistance with college tuition later in life. Another way that Marcus Rolls believes financial professionals can help people is by finding the best way to invest while minimizing the taxes the investor will have to pay.
The benefit of using a finance investor like Marcus Rolls did is that they have no emotional connection to a person’s finances. Marcus Rolls’ adviser was able to look at his client’s needs from an objective standpoint.

Encouraging Kids to Stay in School Important to Marcus Rolls

There is little question that education is important. We’ve seen in America how many of the best jobs head to states or countries that have higher levels of academic achievement. The reason why is because often, these individuals have the business skills or technical skills that are in demand in today’s economy.

Marcus Rolls wants kids to stay in school. Coming from an urban area, Marcus Rolls knows there are many temptations that lead children to want to prematurely end their education. Through community work and talking to young children, Marcus Rolls hopes to head off that temptation.

The sad truth to the matter is many students as far along as middle school are tempted to give up on their education. Their reasons may vary but it is a problem that needs to be addressed. Marcus Rolls hopes that if children learn the value of education, they will stay in school, stay away from crime and illegal substances, and value their education as much as their parents and teachers want them to.

One way that Marcus Rolls has worked to encourage children to stay in school was through his membership with the Rotary Club of Houston. It was in the early part of December 2012 that Marcus Rolls and other rotary club members had two college football players speak to students at Cullen Middle School in Houston, Texas. The point was to drive home the idea that education is important.

Having student athletes speak to middle school students will hopefully inspire them to stay in school. Marcus Rolls understands that having teachers express the importance of education will only go so far. Having a local celebrity like a college football athlete may do more to inspire youth to follow through with their education. At least, that is what Marcus Rolls and other adults hope.
